a bit more about alex!

Alex's love for stories manifested her dream to work in publishing. She fell in love with the creative process after taking a class about it in University and since then, the idea of helping others bring their stories to life always fascinated her. 

 

This led her to pursue a career in communications. Specializing in public relations, Alex learned that making and maintaining relationships is the first-step to being successful in the industry. This mindset and the skills that she's been polishing made her into the communications professional she is today.

Alex is known to be a big reader and was fortunate to work with Great Plains Press as part of her internship. This allowed her to see the inner workings of a publishing house, edit social media content, and give feedback in manuscripts.
